Individual Counselling

Our individual therapy sessions provide a safe, non-judgmental space for you to explore your thoughts and emotions. I utilize Mindfulness-Based Cognitive Therapy (MBCT) to help you:

  • Reduce stress and anxiety

  • Manage depression and prevent relapses

  • Develop coping strategies for daily challenges

  • Improve self-esteem and personal growth
     

Each session is 50 minutes long.

Couples Counselling

Our couples therapy focuses on enhancing communication, resolving conflicts, and strengthening your relationship. I help couples:

  • Improve understanding and empathy

  • Develop effective communication skills

  • Navigate challenging life transitions

  • Rebuild trust and intimacy

This approach emphasizes physical, psychological, and emotional safety for both clients and providers. We will work together to help you rebuild a sense of control and empowerment.

    As an approved provider for ICBC, I offer counselling services for individuals who have been involved in motor vehicle accidents. This therapy is covered by ICBC, meaning eligible clients can access support without out-of-pocket expenses.

    I'm an approved therapist for the Crime Victims Assistance Program. This means I can provide counselling services to individuals who have been victims of crime, with most therapy costs covered by the program (clients pay a small portion out of pocket).
