As a South Asian woman and therapist, I've walked the path of balancing cultural expectations with personal growth. My path into counselling began with my own inward journey which led to a deep curiosity about people's unique stories.

 

I'm here to create a warm, judgment-free space where you can feel truly heard and understood. Using a blend of mindfulness and cognitive behavioural techniques, I'll meet you wherever you are in your journey, helping you navigate life's challenges with compassion and clarity.
